Born in Phoenix, Arizona, Eric Auxier is an airline pilot by day, writer by night, and kid by choice. Never one to believe in working for a living, Mr. Auxier’s past list of occupations include: Alaska bush pilot, freelance writer, mural artist, and Captain for a Caribbean seaplane operation. He is now a captain for a major U.S. airline. Mr. Auxier has contributed to such publications as Arizona Highways, Airways Magazine, Plane & Pilot and AOPA Pilot. He is a graduate of Arizona State University (B.S. degree in Aeronautical Technology) and Cochise College (A.S. degree in Pro-Pilot). At both institutions, he worked as a newspaper editor, staff reporter and columnist.
The award-winning Code Name: Dodger is his first novel.
He is currently working on two new novels, Cartel Kidnapping, a sequel to Code Name: Dodger, and Water & Air, a sequel to The Last Bush Pilots.
Father of two brilliant college kids, beautiful Desiree, a supremely talented artist, and Timothy, an aspiring computer expert and master online gamer. It also comes as no surprise that Desi and Tim are exceptional writers—both their parents are noted authors.
Mr. Auxier makes his home in Phoenix, Arizona.
